Your glow-up is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Returns: We offer a 14-day return window for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Because our products are personal self-care items (Hair, Face, and Smile), we cannot accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
